Title: Numerical Control Programmer 3 Location: Huntington Beach, CA Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a Mid-Level Numerical Control Programmer (Machining/Tooling) to support our team in Huntington Beach, CA. Create NC programs from blueprints, solid models, and sketches using Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM software. Develop all MCD (Machine Control Data), design and program fixtures and tooling, collaborate with machine shop personnel to ensure first-time quality, verify programs using Vericut, and ensure availability of all required cutting tools. Position Responsibilities: Support tasks related to numerical-controlled manufacturing, including research, data collection, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Establish technical requirements for manufacturing, producibility, and integration of new machining techniques, processes, software, and equipment. Develop, revise, and verify Machine Control Data (MCD) and geometry. Provide machine operator instructions and documentation for automated or numerically controlled equipment. Work under general supervision. Required Skills: 5+ years of current NC programming experience using UG NX Some Vericut experience Previous machinist experience Preferred Skills: 10+ years of NC programming using UG NX 5+ years of Vericut experience Multiple years of machinist experience Regular and predictable attendance is required. Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through an associate degree and 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination (e.g., bachelor's degree + 1 year, or 5 years of relevant work experience).
