As an IT Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception through completion, utilizing industry best practices to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage Complex Projects: Oversee the delivery of IT initiatives at the Service Center, aligning them with organizational strategy. Plan and Execute Projects: Use Hive to create comprehensive project plans, driving execution through disciplined methodologies. Engage Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact for IT teams, business advisors, and leadership, facilitating clear project communication. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining logs of issues and dependencies. Budget Management: Monitor budgets and resource utilization, balancing project constraints to ensure success. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during organizational transformations through effective change management strategies. Monitor Performance: Track KPIs using Hive and ServiceNow, providing stakeholders with accurate reports. Document Processes: Maintain essential documentation to ensure transparency and repeatability in project execution. Foster Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance Service Center processes and apply best practices for IT project delivery. Collaborate Across Functions: Work together with technical teams, business units, and external partners for seamless solution integration. Lead and Mentor: Guide project team members and nurture a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Align Strategically: Ensure project objectives contribute to broader organizational goals while supporting IT Service Center standards. Negotiate Resources: Influence stakeholders and negotiate necessary resources for successful project execution. Qualifications 4 - 8 years of relevant experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Demonstrated success in leading IT initiatives within budget and on time. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels. Strong planning and organizational skills. Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
