Guest Service Host

Join our team as a Guest Service Host, where you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant! Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner. This dynamic position includes various duties such as managing the waitlist, processing to-go orders, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet, seat, and escort guests to their tables. Open the door for guests as they arrive and depart. Accommodate special needs of guests, including requests for boosters, highchairs, and assistance for disabilities. Efficiently handle To-Go and Delivery Orders. Manage the waitlist when the restaurant is busy, ensuring guests are seated promptly. Provide menu recommendations and additional information to enhance the guest experience. Upsell additional products whenever appropriate. Take orders accurately using software or order slips, and communicate order details to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience. Job Requirements: Previous experience as a host is a plus but not necessary. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Ability to handle monetary transactions with responsibility. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to act quickly. Flexibility to work various shifts. Must be a dedicated team player.
