Job Title: Technician B Location: Coatesville, PA Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (8 hours/day with a 30-minute unpaid meal break) Openings: 6 Positions Position Summary: We are hiring six Tech B-level Electronic Technicians to join our team in Coatesville, PA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with ~2 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience and solid electronic knowledge, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering skills. This is an onsite position with hands-on training, a dedicated workspace, and high potential for Temp-to-Hire. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and devices. Replace components using through-hole and surface-mount soldering. Interpret schematics, diagrams, and English-language work instructions. Maintain a clean, ESD-safe workstation. Meet daily production and quality goals. Required Qualifications: ~2 years of electronics troubleshooting and repair experience. Solid understanding of electronic components and basic circuitry. Skilled in through-hole and surface-mount soldering. Ability to follow English-written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Interview & Assessment Process: Onsite, in-person interview required Includes facility tour and meetings with team members and supervisors. A hands-on soldering assessment may be required if soldering experience is not clearly reflected on the resume. Training Overview: 5-day hands-on training led by two experienced technicians. Each new hire will have a dedicated workbench (6 benches ready). Training includes side-by-side support and detailed work instructions. Production Expectations: After training: Complete 10-15 units/day. After ramp-up period: Increase to 20-25 units/day. Assignment Duration & Growth Opportunity: Supports a 2-year customer contract - steady work expected. High potential for Temp-to-Hire! Strong performers may be converted to permanent employees.
