The Ideal Candidate We seek a Client Partnerships Project Manager who will play a vital role within our Account Management team. This individual will lead and support cross-functional, client-facing projects aimed at refining internal processes and enhancing the client experience. The role will focus on high-impact initiatives across implementation, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and platform readiness. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this position will collaborate closely with Account Management, Engineering, Product teams, and external client stakeholders. The perfect candidate will provide structure, ensure follow-through, and demonstrate project leadership while balancing flexibility with accountability. Thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment will require exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Implementation Project Management Coordinate client implementations from contract award or renewal to successful delivery. Work with Account Management to collect requirements and define project scope according to client needs and contract terms. Create and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines. Serve as the main point of coordination between Product, Engineering, and Client stakeholders. Lead regular status check-ins, track open issues, and escalate as necessary. Ensure alignment of timelines, risks, roles, and communication protocols. Operational Support for Client Delivery Assist Account Managers in monitoring service performance to meet client expectations. Track and manage development hours in relation to contracted scope. Monitor SLA adherence across teams and raise concerns when needed. Support reporting or audit documentation related to client performance obligations. Maintain and update client-facing documentation, including incident reports, contract deliverables, and project summaries to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Client & Cross-Functional Project Support Manage or assist with internal and client-facing projects lacking clear functional ownership. Bring structure and consistency to ad hoc initiatives, including platform transitions and special projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify deliverables, identify dependencies, and keep projects advancing. Ensure thorough documentation, status tracking, and visibility among all parties involved. Client-Facing Communication Convert technical release notes into easy-to-understand client summaries. Draft, format, and coordinate the delivery of release communications and updates. Ensure the communication cadence aligns with client needs and expectations. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, or client services. Strong communication skills with experience engaging both technical and non-technical teams. Exceptional communicator with a proactive follow-up style and a natural talent for organization. Emotionally intelligent, curious, and capable of managing ambiguity. Desired Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field. PMP, CAPM, or another formal project management certification. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS365, or similar. Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
