What You Will Do Install, maintain, repair, and operate various utilities and facilities equipment, including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, fire suppression systems, water purification systems, and plumbing. Monitor and operate utilities and facilities equipment effectively. Document daily operational checklists and report any anomalies in the plant utility systems to supervisors. Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance on utilities and facilities equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Conduct planned maintenance in alignment with weekly and monthly schedules. Execute corrective maintenance based on asset criticality, work order type, and urgency. Maintain records in the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System, detailing work performed, fault codes, and labor hours. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices. Participate in installing new equipment, modifications, and commissioning of new systems. Contribute to equipment reliability improvement initiatives and review maintenance plans to boost efficiency. Safely manage hazardous and non-hazardous materials, engage in contingency planning, and support plant safety protocols. Take part in continuous improvement efforts and safety inspection activities. Support skills development initiatives and perform additional related tasks as necessary. What Makes You a Great Fit Knowledge of the National Electrical Code. Strong background in electrical systems, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and water purification systems. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience with forklift and sky lift operations; knowledge of PLCs is a plus. Motivated self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. Your Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing along with three years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with five years of experience. Licensed Electrician or Licensed Refrigeration Technician. Forklift operator certification. Hazwoper Training and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Extensive experience in electricity, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Physical Requirements EEO/M/F/Vet/Disability
