Mailing Production Operator - 2nd Shift

We seek a Mailing Production Operator for the 2nd shift who is ready to oversee and prioritize production processes, ensuring the quick delivery of high-quality printed materials. Relocation assistance might be available for highly-qualified candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review production orders to determine specifications and schedules. Set up and operate various mailing production equipment, such as camera-based inserters and UV inkjet addressing lines. Provide assistance to fellow Operators with setup and machine operation. Use pallet jacks or forklifts to transport materials, ensuring safety and efficiency. Load and unload materials from machines with a keen focus on quality inspection. Make adjustments and conduct routine maintenance on equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency. Engage in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in the print industry. Collaborate with management and the production team to meet and exceed productivity goals. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mail manufacturing or machine operation. Ability to accurately interpret and follow directions. Proficient computer skills for job input and equipment operation. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. Ability to lift and re-stack materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Capability to stand for the duration of the shift. Willingness to work overtime as required.
