You will play a pivotal role in leading a branch, guiding Branch Managers while ensuring the delivery of outstanding and efficient services aligned with our strategic objectives. This position is vital for fostering collaboration among clients, carriers, brokers, and sales teams, thus enhancing our visibility and expertise in the market. To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years of substantial claims experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership position, showcasing a strong history of performance management, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include motivating performance to meet branch goals, leveraging analytics and technology to enhance team efficiency, and adeptly managing multiple priorities to secure team success.
