Job Description We are excited to find a Senior Solutions Architect for Services who has deep expertise in AI services and major cloud providers. Mission This role is essential for enhancing our service offerings, improving processes, and enabling insights that drive organizational growth. You will significantly influence the development of Oracle Customer Success Services, highlighting cutting-edge Oracle technologies while ensuring compliance with security standards and optimized costs across various hyperscalers. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is essential; a Ph.D. is preferred. Multiple cloud certifications are required, including Oracle Certifications: OCI Associate Architect, OCI Architect Professional; AWS Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialist; Microsoft Certifications: Azure Security Engineer, Associate, Azure Solutions Architect; Google Certifications: GCP Cloud Architect Certification. TOGAF and/or Zachman Enterprise Architect certifications are preferred. Experience 15+ years of IT services experience, focusing on customer-facing roles and service management. Extensive knowledge of major cloud platforms (OCI, GCP, Azure, AWS) and on-premises environments. Hands-on experience in architecting, deploying, and managing enterprise workloads, with data migrations on at least two major hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques. Proven background in deploying and maintaining AI models in production settings. Familiarity with commercial constructs and contract management, including cost analysis for complex services. Proficient in managing large-scale IT projects involving transformation, migration, and solution deployment. Strong analytical skills to turn business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Skills Automation Tools: Expertise in tools like CloudFormation (AWS), ARM/Bicep (Azure), Deployment Manager (GCP), and agnostic tools like Ansible or Terraform. Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools from hyperscalers: OCI OEM and O&M, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite, and external tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Networking Elements: Proficiency in subnets, route tables, gateways, load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs. Cloud Networking: Knowledge of VPCs, VCNs, and WAN connectivity options across hyperscalers. Hybrid Security: Hands-on experience with security tools such as OCI Vault, Key Vault, KMS, and cross-cloud identity management. Resilience: Ability to optimize resource allocation for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments. Structured Data: Experience with various databases including Oracle, NoSQL, and MySQL. Data Processing: Strong knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, and MapReduce technologies. Data Design: Proficient in handling large datasets for machine learning workflows. Analytics: Expertise in analytics practices and tools for predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analysis. Development Tools: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, and Langchain. AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI frameworks like Autogen. Data Science: Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and data science workflows. AI Governance: Understanding of ethical AI practices and guidelines. DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab, as well as testing frameworks like Selenium and LoadRunner. Responsibilities Solution Development: Design and implement data architectures, Oracle applications, and AI systems tailored to business needs, ensuring security and automation in multicloud settings. Service Design: Develop repeatable, scalable service offerings for global clients operating in multicloud environments. Deployment and Automation: Lead deployment processes utilizing CI/CD and DevOps methodologies with industry-standard tools. Cloud Governance & Security: Implement comprehensive security measures and conduct compliance assessments for multicloud environments. Cost Management and Optimization: Design cost-efficient architectures and enforce budgeting practices for cloud expenditures. Data Processing: Process and analyze large datasets, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver custom AI solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of designs and methodologies; communicate findings effectively. Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee service deployments and monitor performance using leading monitoring tools. Disclaimer: Certain customer-facing roles may require compliance with health mandates. The hiring range is from $52.16 to $95.91 per hour; from $108,500 to $199,500 annually, with eligibility for equity and commission.
