Benefits $33.00 - $53.00 per hour A culture that prioritizes safety and a professional workplace Promotion opportunities: we encourage growth Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401k retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Increased remuneration for industry credentials/licenses: we encourage and invest in your professional development Uniforms, PPE, equipment, and materials provided by the company Reimbursement for boots up to $150 Access to training, continuing education programs, and a variety of resources provided by Bartlett Tree Experts Research Laboratories Responsibilities As a Group Arborist Leader, you will play an important role in: Performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture safely, including: pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, moves Maintaining and properly handling equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts) Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace Supervising and directing crews while performing tree care services, according to the instructions of the arborist representative and local manager Ensuring that each crew member receives the appropriate training for each assigned task Ensuring that all arboriculture work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards Communicating, answering questions, and establishing relationships with clients Qualifications Passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred) Ability to work outdoors year-round in any weather conditions Proven initiative, positive attitude, team orientation, and self-motivation The F.
