Your Role as Automotive Sales Expert: As an Automotive Sales Expert, you will be a trusted advisor in auto maintenance and repair! This dynamic and fast-paced position involves driving sales growth by nurturing relationships, while ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Drive sales growth at your location by making daily customer calls to create sales opportunities. Manage each customer's work order from initiation to completion while adhering to company policies and procedures. Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients. Ensure the property is well-presented, both inside and outside the store. Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among all staff members. Assist in the shop as needed to enhance service delivery. Your Skills & Qualifications: Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Able to excel in a fast-paced setting and work on Saturdays. Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs. Must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the USA (18+).
