Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing nursing care services and health education for our guests: Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other staff involved in guest care Administer medications and perform safe, accurate medical interventions Monitor guests' health conditions and communicate changes to physicians; implement new orders promptly Develop and execute nursing interventions to stabilize guests’ conditions and prevent complications Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and assist in developing personalized care plans Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state Current CPR certification or acceptable exemption required About Laurel Health Care Company Laurel Health Care Company is a national provider of skilled nursing, subacute, rehabilitative, and assisted living services.
