Position Overview Join FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation as a Senior Manager leading the way in Content Strategy and Production! In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in shaping our Corporate Communications efforts through strategic long-term planning and day-to-day operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help produce engaging content across multiple channels including our content news hub, podcasts, videos, and web updates, targeting both external and internal audiences. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional journalistic writing skills who can optimize workflows to meet Fujifilm's brand standards while ensuring visual consistency and timely delivery. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance content creation and improve operational efficiencies, while maintaining our strong brand reputation. As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with content providers throughout Fujifilm, ensuring a cohesive approach to our content strategy as part of the Digital & Brand Management team. Position Responsibilities The Senior Manager of Content Strategy and Production will play a crucial role in strategizing, developing, and executing impactful content programs for FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a unified content strategy that aligns with company goals and the Corporate Communications strategy for the Americas. Establish a consistent tone and voice for all FUJIFILM content, focusing on brand storytelling and strategic initiatives. Ensure messaging consistency across all formats for external and internal audiences. Enhance executive visibility through various media channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify engaging stories that resonate with our target audiences. Responsibly utilize artificial intelligence to streamline content creation and performance measurement. Oversee the development of original surveys, reports, and data-driven storytelling projects. Explore new channels, formats, and partnerships to strengthen Fujifilm's influence in the Americas. Design and execute a multimedia content rollout that guarantees timely delivery across platforms. Analyze content effectiveness and leverage insights for future development. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors. Effectively manage budgeted resources. Regularly assess and report on communication performance using defined metrics. Required Skills/Education: 10+ years of professional communications experience, blending journalism and corporate communications, ideally with senior leaders (VP and above). 5+ years of proven success in leading content programs that generate audience engagement with measurable outcomes. Experience in Life Sciences/healthcare is highly preferred. Exceptional writing abilities that ensure speed and consistency across multiple channels. Proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence for content creation and distribution. Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Experience in identifying and drafting newsworthy content. In-depth understanding of emerging trends, particularly in Life Sciences. Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and mastery of AP Style. Proven ability to translate complex data into engaging and relatable content. Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity. Demonstrated leadership abilities working collaboratively with diverse teams, with experience working with international teams (particularly Japan and Europe) being a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Global corporate communications experience with a collaborative approach across cultures. Experience within media or journalism in a fast-paced, deadline-driven context. Desired Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Information monitoring and analysis capabilities. Research, planning, and analytical acumen. Ability to generate and edit multimedia content. Salary and Benefits: $90,707.00 - $128,369.00 based on experience. 401k with employer contributions. Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
