Information Technology - Embedded S/W Engineer | Grand Prairie, Texas, United States Information Technology - Embedded Software Engineer Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Onsite, 4/10 1st shift) Active Secret Clearance Required About the Role Join a high-impact team as an Embedded Software Engineer, where your real-time C/C++ expertise will drive mission-critical solutions. Work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX, and collaborate with top engineers on innovative projects involving Linux-based, multi-core environments. This role offers the chance to expand your technical leadership and shape the next generation of embedded systems for national security. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and test embedded object-oriented software using C/C++ on Linux and multi-core processors. - Integrate software, firmware, and hardware, ensuring robust, real-time system performance. - Develop and maintain networking features, focusing on TCP/IP and Data Distribution Services (DDS). - Write Python scripts and tools to automate and streamline development workflows. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, coding, integration, and verification. - Collaborate within Agile teams, leveraging tools like GitLab, Docker, and Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD. - Drive continuous improvements in code quality, process efficiency, and security.
