Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience following dental school. Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensure: An active, unrestricted California Dental License in good standing. Certifications: Current DEA license and CPR/BLS certification. Clinical Skills: Strong proficiency in restorative dentistry (crown/bridge, composite fillings). Experience in endodontics (anterior/premolar) and simple extractions. Knowledge of Invisalign or clear aligner therapy is advantageous. Expertise in digital scanning (iTero) and digital radiography. Communication: Excellent chairside manner with the skill to clearly explain complex treatment plans and build trust with patients.
