This position focuses on supporting her medical needs while helping her thrive in daily activities, school routines, and play. The ideal nurse will be confident managing pediatric medical equipment, attentive to detail, and comfortable supporting a child with both medical and developmental needs. Our goal is to find someone who will become a consistent, positive presence in her life. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily medical needs, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in condition Follow individualized care plan and physician orders Provide support during meals and snacks as needed Assist with school preparation and daily routines Document care and communicate effectively with parents and care team Encourage independence while ensuring safety Provide calm, structured support tailored to a child who benefits from routine and predictability Ideal CandidateCurrent, active LPN or RN license in [State] Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus) Experience with insulin administration and glucose monitoring Patient, nurturing, and reliable Comfortable supporting a child with sensory and communication differences Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills CPR/BLS certified Personal Qualities We ValueWarm, engaging personality Consistency and dependability Ability to remain calm under pressure Respect for family-centered care Willingness to collaborate and learn individual preferences We value our team members and realize the importance of benefits for you and your family.
