Join our dynamic team today! As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing broker and seller relationships to effectively market our wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Your efforts will focus on acquiring new business while maintaining relationships with existing partners. You will serve as a vital link between our brokers/sellers and the loan operations team, ensuring a smooth closing process for wholesale loans and purchases of correspondent loans. All activities should be conducted following company policies and adhering to US state and federal regulations. The target pay range for this role is between $120,000 and $500,000. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential mortgage brokers and sellers to secure new business. Foster and maintain strong relationships with brokers/sellers to ensure consistent loan applications and purchases. Inform brokers/sellers about company programs, pricing, and submission procedures. Communicate any updates to company policies or procedures to brokers/sellers. Assist brokers/sellers throughout the loan submission process. Provide training to brokers/sellers on using our online systems for loan submissions and other processes. Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to guarantee timely loan closings. Ensure compliance deadlines are met concerning pre-disclosures, approval letters, and denial notices. Maintain updated contact information in the CRM system. Safeguard all customer confidential data according to company policies and legal requirements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely loan purchases from sellers. Manage your loan pipeline effectively to meet departmental goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to brokers/sellers throughout the loan process. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, with a focus on developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships. Demonstrated ability to set and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of state and federal lending regulations. Familiarity with FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, and non-agency loan products. Understanding of mortgage purchase transactions. Knowledge of company policies, procedures, guidelines, and organizational structure. Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and investor requirements. Aptitude for quickly learning and retaining information about company products and processes. Ability to solve complex problems while exploring alternative solutions collaboratively. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. 1 to 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive is preferred. Experience in selling agency and non-agency loan products preferred. Previous sales experience, ideally within the mortgage industry, is essential.
