Plastic Injection Mold Operators - 2nd shift

2nd Shift - Plastic Injection Mold Operators, Mentor, OH Train on 1st shift at $16/hour, then move to 2nd shift with $2.50 shift differential = $18.50/hour What You'll Do Operate injection molding machines following detailed work instructions Monitor mix levels, prepare dies, inject and remove parts Inspect parts for defects and remove die lines Load parts into containers and label accurately Input production data using handheld scanner Maintain clean, organized work area and complete end-of-shift duties Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Strong attendance and dependability Good communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Stand for full 8-hour shift (plus overtime when needed) Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift Perform close visual inspections and handle small parts Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ready to mold your future?
