Our Valuation Services practice provides essential financial advisory services to both privately held and publicly traded companies. With a focus on business valuations, complex financial instruments, contingent consideration, debt and equity analyses, stock-based compensation, and much more, our services are critical for organizational success. As we continue to expand, we are eager to welcome an enthusiastic Manager to our high-performing team, with options for hybrid or remote work for the right candidate. In this role, you will lead engagement execution, delegate tasks, and review the work of junior staff while collaborating with practice leaders on strategic initiatives, including business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, organizing, conducting, managing, and overseeing projects related to business valuation analysis and industry research. Understanding and managing firm risk associated with projects and proposals. Supervising, training, and mentoring Senior Associates, Associates, and Interns in the valuation of financial instruments. Collaborating closely with audit teams and regulatory bodies. Engaging in client management and actively participating in practice and business development efforts. Conducting presentations and seminars to share valuable insights and knowledge. What you bring to the role: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A valuation credential or progress toward one, such as CFA, ABV, or ASA. At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting and consulting, with a minimum of 4 years focusing on valuations. Experience with the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets under various accounting standards. Proficiency in running complex financial models with excellent analytical problem-solving skills. Technical expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and business writing. Experience assisting audit teams with valuation reviews for financial reporting. Outstanding communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, complemented by strong verbal and written skills. Preferred qualifications include: Proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS. Experience managing multiple engagements and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
