This is a Variable Service Provider role with flexible hours tailored to your availability. Your primary focus will be on outpatient care, promoting continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. You will maintain detailed medical histories and records, and refer patients to specialists as necessary. You will have the opportunity to influence departmental strategies and make informed decisions on complex matters related to project components, with significant autonomy in setting objectives and methods. Leverage Your Expertise to Make a Positive Impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree A minimum of five years of relevant medical experience Active medical licensure in the relevant state Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program Preferred specialization in Internal Medicine Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine This patient-facing role requires participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, with mandatory TB screening upon selection. A genuine passion for improving consumer experiences is essential. Preferred Qualifications Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours: 1 Pay Range: This reflects our good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, such as experience and certifications, with annual compensation ranging from $270,800 to $378,800.
