Senior Earthwork Estimator

We are seeking a Senior Earthwork Estimator to lead our estimating and preconstruction efforts within a dynamic team environment. Our company specializes in residential and commercial earthwork and site development projects, and we take pride in our commitment to fostering strong relationships and open communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate civil plans and bid documents to ensure the accuracy of project scope. Perform detailed takeoffs and estimates for grading, utilities, paving, and comprehensive site development. Utilize AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro for precise modeling and quantification of earthwork volumes. Create competitive proposals and budgets for projects ranging from $2M to $10M+. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and owners to provide accurate and constructible bids. Manage subcontractor and vendor pricing and quotations. Prepare transition documentation and assist in smooth handoff to operational teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil, land development, or sitework. In-depth understanding of civil plans, grading plans, and bid specifications. Proven proficiency with AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro (testing may be part of the process). A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred (equivalent professional experience is also considered). Experience in estimating projects valued at $2M to $10M+. Skilled in utilizing standard office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
