Job Title: Processing Specialist I Location: Carrollton, TX 75006 Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $16.50/hr (W2 - Weekly Pay) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Description: Processing Specialist I performs basic to intermediate remittance processing tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include operating mail and scanning equipment, opening and batching mail, sorting transactions, and preparing outgoing packages while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate mail extraction and scanning equipment Open, sort, and batch checks, invoices, and coupons Perform quality checks and prepare outgoing shipments Maintain accuracy, productivity, and client standards Perform minor equipment adjustments as needed Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be 18 years or older
