As a Solution Architect at TechSeed, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data and IT strategies that support our clients' goals. You will work on creating and improving the solution architecture, analyzing requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements. We seek an expert in solution architecture! We are looking for someone who is curious about new technology, enjoys roles where they can grow, and is part of a culture that encourages collaboration and building the company together. Specific formal competencies required include: At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role as a technical leader. Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable, and high-performance solutions across a spectrum of technology platforms, including public clouds, private data centers, and hybrid environments. A minimum of 5 years experience in development using agile methodologies. Experience in organizations with a DevSecOps culture is advantageous. Technical Expertise: Deep and broad knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern infrastructure concepts like containers, microservices, and GitOps. Thorough understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, database technologies for structured and unstructured data, and designing system solutions with global reach. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman, as well as various industry standards and regulations like ISO, GRI, UN's SDG goals, etc. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Architecture is communication; therefore, effective and unwavering engagement with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and technical teams is a must. Proven ability to lead, instruct, and act as a bridge between various functional teams while managing dialogue and expectations with multiple stakeholders who may have differing priorities. Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to connect problems with solutions, focusing on creating practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions without unnecessary complexity. Aptitude for quickly analyzing complex situations, scenarios, and needs, translating them into business-critical strategies backed by robust technical solutions. Certifications (Optional but Advantageous): AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications. TOGAF, ITIL, or other relevant architecture or IT governance certifications. As we work with various clients with diverse needs, it is essential for this role to be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
