Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver primary care services following site-specific protocols that align with the standards of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine in long-term care settings. Review and sign Medication Administration Records (MARs), orders, and documentation within required timeframes to ensure compliance with care standards. Engage in quality and compliance activities, including timely review of lab results and management of narcotic prescriptions, according to established policies. Foster positive communication with facility staff and administration to enhance patient care and ensure clarity on medication and treatment plans. Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards at all times to maintain patient confidentiality and trust. Collaborate with clinical supervisors for resident care decisions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to healthcare delivery. Qualifications/Education: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a current license to practice. Certification as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program, including successful completion of the national certification examination. State licensure as a Physician Assistant. Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry is preferred but not mandatory.
