Position Type: Summer Opportunities/Summer Speech LT Date Posted: 1/12/2026 Location: IU Countywide Closing Date: until filled Effective for the Summer 2026 program, vacancies exist for Summer Speech Therapist positions within the Division of Student Services of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. Positions are temporary for the duration of the summer program only. Locations may vary across the County. Qualifications: Must have valid PDE certification as Speech & Language Therapist Master's Degree with a Certificate of Clinical Competence is preferred; May consider candidates who are enrolled in a Master's degree program in Communicative Disorders Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide speech/language services for students attending Extended School Year programs; assignments may include students with complex needs and may include travel.
