You will manage your own panel of patients and contribute to improving outcomes through diagnosis, treatment, chronic care management, and health counseling. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered primary care: assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counselingManage chronic and acute conditions for patients across all age groupsConduct routine physicals, health screenings, and wellness visitsEducate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, and behavior changeCollaborate with physicians and clinical teams to coordinate carePerform clinic operations: open/close clinic, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collectionMaintain clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Required: Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner programActive and unrestricted FNP license in the state ofCurrent National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)DEA registration (or in process at time of offer)High school diploma or GED (verifiable)COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) Core Skills & Competencies Independent clinical decision-making and patient advocacyStrong written, verbal, and digital communication skillsTechnologically proficient (EMRs, telehealth tools)Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactiveExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesOpen to multi-state licensure (if required) Clinic Hours Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMSunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Schedule includes every other weekend and potential holiday rotations.
