Learn more about us at What You'll Own As a Landscape Operations Crew Leader, you are responsible for both execution and leadership. Field Leadership & Project Execution Lead residential and commercial landscaping projects from start to finish Direct crew members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality Execute landscaping installs, maintenance, hardscape work, and seasonal cleanups Ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to company standards Equipment & Operational Responsibility Operate commercial equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and other machinery Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and safe usage Keep job sites organized, clean, and professional Team & Communication Train, guide, and support crew members in the field Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress, materials, and job timelines Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients This is a leadership role where your example sets the tone for the entire crew. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience Proven experience leading or directing a crew Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping basics, and equipment operation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, punctual, and quality-driven Strong work ethic with a "get it done right" mindset Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions No formal degree required - real field experience and leadership ability matter most.
