What We're Looking For An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree can set you apart. Completion of an accredited radiology training program is a must. Required Certifications ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography) is essential to move forward. Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of starting. Valued Skills Strong proficiency in imaging techniques and safety standards. Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
