This role is perfect for a leader in educational measurement who is dedicated to creating and implementing high-quality assessment systems that promote continuous improvement and empower all stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years of experience in complex educational assessment. In this critical position, you will lead the Psychometrics and Reporting departments, ensuring that all operational psychometric processes are valid, reliable, and efficient. As a thought leader in the field, you will represent our organization at professional gatherings and advocate for best practices in psychometrics and reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and managing large-scale assessment programs. Your extensive knowledge of assessment program components, including operational psychometrics, test development, and production workflows, will be vital. We are looking for someone with profound insights into industry challenges and best practices, as well as experience using advanced psychometric models. Core competencies include the ability to manage multiple projects, analyze research findings, and establish credibility within the organization.
