Job Summary and Qualifications In this role, you will conduct various tests and procedures across the laboratory, ensuring accuracy and quality control. You will grasp the interdependence of tests and their influence on results, and engage in continuing education to maintain your competencies. Qualifications include: Current registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician by ASCP. Associate's degree along with completion of a NAACLS approved MLT program.
