About the Role We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead the evolution of our legal technology offerings. In this pivotal role, you will translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and oversee the development process. Collaborating with diverse teams including customer support, marketing, sales, legal experts, designers, and engineers, you will ensure the successful implementation of impactful product projects. Responsibilities: Engage with customers to gather and assess their unique needs and use cases. Utilize metrics and data to track project progress and customer requirements to guide decision-making. Craft and present detailed user stories to internal stakeholders. Support product launches and training initiatives for sales and marketing teams. Requirements: Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with a collaborative leadership approach and a focus on data-driven decisions. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively. Experience in mentoring or training others, acting as a subject matter expert to support team development. Previous experience as an engineer or in a legal technology capacity is highly preferred. Understanding of product development processes, including business case creation and product planning. Willingness to learn and utilize SQL to analyze data relevant to product development. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Compensation Details The base pay range for this position is $68,000 - $113,400, depending on location and experience. This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
