Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions across multiple regions and countries. What you have: Prior experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM core modules. Proven experience in HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation. Extensive experience in multi-region/country Oracle HCM configuration and administration. Familiarity with developing solutions using Oracle Journeys, email notifications, and approval workflows. Strong background in customization, including DFF, EFF, report customization, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions. Experience conducting CRP sessions and fit-gap analysis. Familiarity with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
