Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work harmoniously with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to care. Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their support systems the therapy techniques necessary for progress and healing at home. Track Progress and Adapt: Monitor treatment outcomes and modify strategies to ensure each patient remains on the path to success.
