SpecialtyRxis a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. We are committed to supporting healthcare facilities throughout the Cincinnati area by maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient Automated Dispensing Systems (ADS). Our team ensures medications are readily available, properly tracked, and aligned with billing and regulatory standards. ADU Travel Technician Cincinnati Area Responsibilities: Work independently under the direction of a supervisorTravel to assigned healthcare facilities throughout the Cincinnati areaMaintain active communication with client facility staff and pharmacy teams, primarily via emailMaintain accurate inventory records within each Automated Dispensing System (ADS), including:Medication quantitiesExpiration datesIdentify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate billingReplace medications that are approaching expiration to maintain compliance and patient safetyPerform monthly audits (cycle counts) to ensure system accuracyEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory standardRepresent SpecialtyRx professionally while onsite at client facilitiesComplete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent requiredActive Pharmacy Technician license (as required by state regulations)Previous pharmacy, inventory management, or ADS experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently across multiple locationsStrong written communication skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel locallyAbility to perform light lifting Schedule: Day shift (schedule may vary based on facility needs) 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm Monday-FridayLocal travel required within the Cincinnati area What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)Health, dental, and vision insuranceGroup Life Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityPaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchPaid training and advancement opportunities EEO Statement: SpecialtyRx is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is fully committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
