Job Description: Pay Range: $50.97hr - $55.97hr The Innovation Project Manager will lead and deliver new product development innovation projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer needs. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, structured execution, and proactive stakeholder communication in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will drive execution excellence while maintaining governance standards and portfolio alignment. Experience: Five or more years of experience leading Client new product development innovation projects. Experience working in regulated environments such as OTC, Cosmetics, Consumer Health, or Food Supplements. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners. Familiarity with NDA and 510(k) project requirements. dditional experience in Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Innovation Design, or Brand Leadership preferred. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver new product development innovation projects from concept through launch. Define and execute project strategies in collaboration with functional partners. Manage cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, Medical, Legal, and other key areas. Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Ensure timely delivery of project scope, schedules, risk mitigation plans, budgets, and resource allocations. Facilitate project kick-offs, workshops, and regular team meetings to drive execution. Structure team discussions and enable timely and effective decision-making. Represent projects in stage gate governance and portfolio reviews. Communicate project status, risks, and progress proactively to stakeholders. Maintain accuracy in project and portfolio management systems. Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. ssess team capabilities and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence. Collaborate with portfolio management and project governance teams to align standards and best practices. Engage with global project management communities and local innovation and brand leads. Coordinate effectively with external partners and collaborators. Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of new product development innovation processes and stage gate methodologies. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. bility to navigate complex and decentralized environments. Experience interacting with senior leadership. Should Have: PMP certification preferred.
