Loss Prevention Specialist

Position Purpose: The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a vital role in safeguarding the company’s assets by preventing theft and fraud. In this position, you will support safety and environmental program compliance in your assigned store or multiple stores. Your primary focus will be to minimize financial losses through: Identifying and addressing theft and fraud incidents Reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports Monitoring the store's physical security measures Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance Promoting a culture of shrink elimination Additional responsibilities include: Preparing detailed and accurate case reports of apprehensions and recoveries Preserving evidence related to incidents Engaging with law enforcement and providing testimony in criminal and civil court cases Reporting any hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty You will carry out your responsibilities in a way that minimizes risk to yourself, your fellow associates, vendors, customers, and the company. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, is responsive to asset protection concerns, and remains focused on achieving store-specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection operations.
