In this key role, you will drive the enhancement of customer engagement, underwriting, and claims processes using our modular, API-first platform. You'll play an instrumental part in formulating and executing strategies that guarantee client implementation success from the initial agreement stage to fostering enduring client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: Defining and managing an effective implementation operating model. Building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams dedicated to delivery. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure successful project delivery. Creating scalable and repeatable delivery playbooks to streamline operations. The perfect candidate will have: A solid background in leading enterprise SaaS or platform implementations, preferably in the insurance sector. In-depth understanding of the U.S. insurance carrier technology landscape. A demonstrated ability to execute large, complex programs for enterprise clients successfully. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. A strong executive presence and ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives. A commercial mindset, data-driven approach, and a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes. Proven experience in scaling delivery organizations and operational models in fast-paced growth environments.
