Your primary aim will be to enhance clients' mobility and function, enabling their independence in daily activities. You will create specialized care programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. In this role, you will deliver skilled care under the direction of a physician and the Branch Director, ensuring that patient families and other healthcare team members are well-informed and engaged in the care process. Qualifications A valid state driver's license. Automobile liability insurance. Seatbelt usage while driving. Reliable transportation in good working condition.
