They specialize in corporate interiors, life science, academic, and healthcare projects, boasting exceptional client retention and a strong reputation for quality work. Their Quincy office is the hub of their preconstruction operations, and they are preparing for continued growth. Job Description Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, estimates, and pricing for commercial, corporate, and lab interior projects Support groundup estimating when needed, with training available depending on experience level Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and project assessments across Greater Boston Collaborate closely with the Director of Preconstruction and project teams to deliver accurate and timely bids Prepare bid packages, solicit subcontractor pricing, and evaluate proposals Manage estimating workload independently, with support from a coordinator for takeoffs and quantities Ensure all proposals meet the company's quality standards, timelines, and cost expectation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
