Your Responsibilities: Lock and structure deals within our Arive platform. Manage leads and follow-ups efficiently using HubSpot CRM. Utilize AI-driven automation for seamless communication with Realtors and borrowers. Coordinate with your operations team via Slack. Ensure clean file closures within our efficient workflow. Comprehend various lending programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and DSCR. Build and maintain your own client base and referral systems. Requirements: Active and in-good-standing NMLS license. At least 2 years of origination experience. Consistent monthly production of at least $1M. Working knowledge of diverse loan products. Strong follow-up and CRM management skills. Familiarity with platforms like Arive, HubSpot, Slack, Box, and Outlook. Experience in purchase business is preferred.
