All Source Intelligence Analyst

Description Position Overview Leidos is seeking a motivated All Source Intelligence Analyst to enhance our team supporting vital Air Force intelligence missions at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA. If you are eager to contribute your skills and grow your expertise alongside seasoned analysts, this position places you centrally in impactful operations for the 16th Air Force, ACC, and the DCGS Enterprise. What You'll Do Enhance all source tradecraft within AF DCGS units by addressing analytic challenges, refining requirements, and elevating intelligence production. Transform complex data into clear, compelling briefings and reports for senior leadership to influence decisions at both the wing and MAJCOM levels. Evaluate analytic products against ICD 203 standards and offer constructive feedback to help analysts improve their writing and assessments. Conduct daily checks on Disposition of Forces (DoF) data and partner with Mission Management and wing staff to swiftly address any issues. Facilitate effective communication through video conferences, email updates, and task management systems, ensuring alignment across teams. Contribute to policy formation and operational enhancements by identifying trends and recommending innovative solutions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of All Source experience in multi-domain operations. Completion of a DoD or IC career field training program. Experience with AF DCGS. Active TS/SCI clearance. Demonstrated critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team focused on the mission. Familiarity with AF DCGS AET, multiple DCGS core sites, or SIGINT Element Sites. Confident in engaging with senior leadership and meeting tight deadlines. Strong data literacy with experience in data QC. Understanding of ICD 203 writing standards. Experience with tools such as NRO, ESRI, or Palantir. Ability to excel in a federated team environment. Proficient at analyzing complex problems and providing clear, actionable solutions.
