Service Plumber

Job Type: Full-time Description: We are seeking a talented and Experienced Service Plumber with a minimum of 4 years in the field and a clean driving record. Open availability is essential for on-call emergency service, which will be scheduled among team members. You will need to provide your own hand tools. As a Service Plumber, your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings. Your tasks will involve: Fixing leaks and clearing clogged drains Replacing faucets and repairing water heaters Installing new plumbing fixtures Providing exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and addressing client concerns It is crucial to adhere to local building codes and safety regulations. Requirements: Ability to read blueprints and drawings for plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes while considering the existing infrastructure Installing and maintaining water supply systems Locating and repairing leaks in water supply lines Repairing or replacing broken drainage lines and clogged drains Installing and maintaining gas and liquid heating systems, including air-conditioning units and radiators Ensuring proper installation of waste disposal and sanitary systems Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a plumber Own hand tools Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in various building types Working knowledge of heating, ventilation, and appliances Skill in handling plumbing tools and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly demeanor with patience Good physical condition and strength, able to work in tight spaces Valid driving license with a clean record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Salary: Starting at $25
