Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Train and develop team members on all operational aspects of the Shack. Inspire and lead team members in providing the highest level of hospitality. Exemplify strong leadership through coaching and achieving operational excellence. Create and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility in the local community through events and word-of-mouth promotion. Make sure the restaurant adheres to all sanitation and safety regulations. Qualifications Required: 2-3 years of experience in Restaurant Management within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, food planning, and health regulations. A strong ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence at all levels. Financial acumen related to business operations. Food handler certification preferred. Flexibility to work various hours as required.
