Overview: As a Property Claims Adjuster at EAC Claims Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring a seamless process for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize your daily workload to effectively process claims and conduct inspections. Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses to gather necessary information. Handle property claims related to damage to buildings, structures, and contents, as well as property damage assessments. Conduct thorough evaluations of damages and verify coverage to determine appropriate settlements. Negotiate settlements with a strong focus on fair outcomes for all parties involved. Upload completed reports, photos, and documents using our specialized software systems for accurate record-keeping. Requirements: Able to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software is highly preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in insurance claims or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
