We are eager to welcome a Field Technician Level II to our growing family. In this role, you will be the primary onsite expert for addressing technical and service-related concerns. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software. Additionally, you will collaborate with Level II or Lead Technicians to ensure prompt and precise issue resolutions. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems. Install, configure, and maintain both hardware and software components. Conduct routine maintenance to enhance equipment performance. Provide clear technical assistance to clients both onsite and over the phone. Maintain accurate service records and uphold high-quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of printers, computer hardware, and software. Experience with electromechanical systems is a plus. Proven skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Adept at managing multiple tasks and working autonomously or as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Wage Range: The hourly pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.85. Various factors such as geographical location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may influence starting pay within this range.
