Job Description Mission We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior Service Solution Architect to drive service innovation and optimize processes within our organization. This key role will ensure we deliver insightful, data-driven decisions while leveraging the latest cloud enterprise architecture technologies. You will play an integral part in managing our Oracle Customer Success Services offerings, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and cost optimization best practices across all hyperscaler deployments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field; Ph.D. preferred. Cloud certifications across multiple platforms such as Oracle (OCI Associate Architect, OCI Architect Professional), AWS (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialist), Microsoft (Azure Security Engineer, Associate, Azure Solutions Architect), and Google (GCP Cloud Architect). TOGAF and/or Zachman Enterprise Architect certification is preferred. Experience Over 15 years of experience in IT services, particularly in customer-facing roles and service management. Strong proficiency with major cloud platforms (OCI, GCP, Azure, AWS) and on-premise enterprise application environments. Hands-on experience in architecting and managing enterprise workloads, including data migrations on at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with advanced technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning. Experience in deploying and maintaining AI models in production settings. Proficient in commercial constructs and contract management, including TCO analysis and pricing strategies for complex service offers. Strong project and program management experience in large-scale IT transformations, migrations, and solution implementations. Exceptional analytical skills to convert business challenges into technical requirements. Exceptional communication abilities to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills Automation Tools: Advanced expertise with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools for cloud platforms (e.g., CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, Deployment Manager, Terraform). Monitoring: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and GCP Operations Suite. Networking Elements: Knowledge of subnets, route tables, gateways, DNS, and load balancing strategies. Hybrid Security: Understanding of OCI Vault, Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, and cross-cloud identity management. Resilience: Skills in analyzing and optimizing resource allocation and performance in cloud environments. Data Processing: Proficient in tools and frameworks like Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop. Analytics: Competence in predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics techniques. Development Tools: Fluent in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java. AI/ML Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and generative AI frameworks. AI Governance: Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI practices. Responsibilities Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure architectures that solve business problems and enhance workflows across multicloud and hybrid-cloud environments. Service Design: Create repeatable offerings for global clients with critical multicloud environments. Develop prototypes and demos for Oracle and partner services. Deployment and Automation: Oversee end-to-end deployment of modern applications, utilizing CI/CD and DevOps methodologies. Cloud Governance & Security: Implement robust security measures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Cost Management and Optimization: Design cost-effective architectures and recommend best practices for monitoring cloud expenditures. Data Processing: Manage and analyze large datasets to support efficient data pipelines and high availability solutions. Collaboration: Team up with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that meet organizational goals. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies and findings, communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy services in various environments while proactively monitoring using native tools. Disclaimer: Certain customer-facing roles may require compliance with health and immunization mandates. The salary range for this position is between $108,500 and $199,500 per annum.
