Overview: As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager and leading the team. You will take on the responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager in their absence, focusing on maintaining a friendly guest experience and ensuring operational excellence while driving top-line sales. Key Responsibilities: Perform all tasks of restaurant team members. Lead team meetings alongside the Restaurant Manager. Oversee Brand Training Programs, including scheduling, training, and certifying team members. Uphold Brand standards, recipes, and systems. Foster a guest-focused culture within the restaurant. Review guest feedback and implement improvement action plans. Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to the team. Assist in new product rollouts and related training and marketing efforts. Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Manage costs effectively to maximize profitability. Participate in periodic inventory checks as directed by the Franchisee. Support the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling to meet guest demand. Assist in managing supplier orders. Conduct self-assessments with corresponding action plans. Work to meet the restaurant budget as determined by the Franchisee. Manage cash handling procedures in accordance with franchise policies. Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations as needed. Management Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members. Assist in the performance appraisal process for team and shift leaders. Coach team members to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Education/Experience: Basic computer skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Basic math and financial management skills. Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
