We are looking for a Wastewater Project Manager to join our dynamic team and make an impact on our clients' projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and mentoring staff, building long-term relationships with clients, and developing strategies for new work, including positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. As part of our commitment to exceptional project outcomes, you will engage with our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates, maximizing design and digital technology capabilities to achieve our clients' goals. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. Extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams. Strong understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies. Experience in multi-discipline design management. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrated through involvement in professional societies or related activities. Ability to build client relationships and successfully win projects. Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Illinois or the ability to obtain one within 6 months. Ideally, you will also have: Over 15 years of project management experience within the municipal wastewater treatment sector. A willingness to mentor and develop younger staff, enhancing their project management skills. Experience in process mechanical design and the eagerness to take on the discipline lead role as needed.
