We are seeking an AI & Data Decision Science Manager to lead our efforts in utilizing Industry & Functional expertise in conjunction with AI knowledge to innovate and improve processes that enhance efficiency and drive growth. You will manage comprehensive data science projects, employing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to establish effective decision-making systems. This role necessitates a blend of technical skills, strategic insight, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that reflect Accenture's dedication to creating 360° value for clients. In this role, you will: Lead the execution of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics initiatives. Manage teams both onshore and offshore focused on Data Science & Machine Learning. Serve as a bridge between business and technical domains. Foster relationships and collaborate with business and analytics stakeholders. Drive the sales process and lead solutions for Data Science & Machine Learning opportunities. Tailor Data Science/Machine Learning/AI/Analytics solutions to address specific industry problems. Work alongside Accenture's network to partner with strategy, consulting, and technology teams in sales and delivery. Nurture Data Science/Machine Learning/AI talent within the organization. Identify AI use cases by understanding organizational goals, developing business cases, evaluating ROI, and creating transformation roadmaps. Advise organizations on responsible AI solutions and governance, providing training on new processes and tracking results. Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed based on client expectations. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years in building decision-based frameworks to generate insights. 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in high-value roles. Proven experience in leading workstreams and managing tight deadlines. Extensive delivery experience with minimal supervision. Track record of successful AI or data science project delivery. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with AI and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark. Understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is advantageous. Ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience in sales and business development. Excellent program management and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset—capable of originating new deals and contributing to client discussions. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proven leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in innovating within project frameworks. Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus. Compensation varies based on multiple factors, including specific location, role, skills, and experience.
