Audit Coordination Specialist

Job Description As an Audit Coordination Specialist at Eurofins, you will play a crucial role in managing the audit booking process across our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that audit requests are handled promptly and that audit bookings are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in auditing, inspection, or a related field, with a strong ability to engage with factories and manage operational processes effectively. Fluency in English is a must, and we are looking for someone who is: Responsible Self-organized Detail-oriented Rigorous Disciplined Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn new tools You will receive your assignments from the Audit Operation Manager and will regularly report back to them in both weekly and monthly meetings. Your focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the audit booking activities, which includes timely processing, adherence to protocols, clear communication, and effective follow-up. As the go-to contact for audit bookings, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and the audit process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
